Ingredients:
300g sugar
200g condensed milk
150 ml water
2 tbsp gelatin powder
125 ml water
350g white chocolate
Directions:
- Heat the sugar, condensed milk, and 150 ml water over medium low heat
- Mix gelatin in 125 ml water and leave to swell
- When mixture begins to simmer, remove from heat and stir in gelatin mixture until dissolved
- Pour hot mixture on top of white chocolate and leave to melt for several minutes
- Whisk mixture until incorporated
- Add food colouring
- Cool until 90 degrees C
- Pour on frozen cake
